Qwiko is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent auto rickshaw drivers. Qwiko does not provide transportation services and does not own or operate vehicles. All rides are provided by third-party drivers, and fare-related discussions or settlements (if any) happen directly between passengers and drivers.
To use Qwiko, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
You are responsible for:
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Qwiko.
• Qwiko does not collect fares or service charges.
• Not responsible for fare disputes or cash handling.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CONTACT LOCAL AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY.
Qwiko may provide safety-related features; however, use of the app is at your own risk.
